The place is self-service, but no one knew how to explain it and the cashier treated me in a very bad way as if I was bothering him. The food was acceptable but the fact that they don't feel like serving customers in such a central place in New York makes me not recommend this place at all.

This is the first Paris baguette I've been to where the staff wasn't all asian. Which is good I like seeing diversity. This location is very busy very nice interior and the prices similar to Brooklyn locations.

The customer service and service were excellent. Julian was very helpful, professional and gladly assisted with questions and purchase and my daughter loved the cake, will definitely go back.
