I do not write many reviews, but this time I really felt the need to do so. It pertains to the Paris Baguette on 6th and 37th. I’ve been going to this location for years (not a NY city resident). I like many things about it: it’s clean, food is always fresh, staff is always great. I usually grab-and-go, but sometimes I do a sit-down. There’s one particular young man (staff member) who always goes out of his way - his name is Alex. I see him straighten out, clean/pick up trash, he’s always quick and very pleasant, but mostly, incredibly helpful. I felt the need to commend this young man to his supervisor - Neil. I suggested they get to choose a staff member every month (sort of Employee of the Month) and reward them fairly for the work and kindness they provide to customers with either a bonus, scholarship funds, etc. Neil was incredibly understanding and agreed. I hope they do so and continue such a trend for anyone deserving of such reward. My fave foods - the chicken cranberry salad sandwich (exceptional), just about any pastry and cake slices, their raisin bread and the ubiquitous French baguette! 🤤 Till next time I visit!!!

Is that normal every time I order a medium ice milk coffee in this location and never get a full cup? Is this just because specific waitress or very often in this location. I hope the manager can see the comment. Will switch to another location now.

Stopped by Paris Baguette in NYC and was pleasantly surprised to find their Dubai chocolate desserts on the menu. Rich, velvety, and perfectly balanced — the chocolate has this luxurious depth that really sets it apart from your typical pastry case treats. The café itself had a clean, relaxed vibe with friendly staff and quick service, even during a busy afternoon. Great spot whether you're grabbing a pastry to go or sitting down for a sweet break.

We had breakfast here on our last day in New York. The seasonal pastries were some of the best I’ve tried in a long time. Drinks were good, and Ana and Lily were super friendly and enthusiastic

Walked in and bought a birthday cake with a sign, ask it to be ready on Sunday. The person named Anil assured me that the cake will be ready and I shouldn’t worry. Called the day before just to make sure the cake will be ready and the person on the phone said yes. Came to pick the birthday cake and there was no cake. What a horrible experience. The birthday was ruined. Don’t ever order from them!
