ordered a latte last week. they got my order wrong and the syrup i paid extra for was not added (i watched my drink be made). bitter coffee :( i loved their coffee, but it feels like an overpriced dunkin donuts at this point. most coffee chains in nyc do not charge extra for non dairy milk, but here you are charged 0.79 extra no matter the size of your drink.

Great experience as opposed to previous one some time ago. Girls behind counter warm and gracious. Bought coffee, pastries and a chicken Cesar wrap for lunch later on which was the best I’ve had in a long time.

I usually do not write bed reviews but today was something I could not pass. I felt so disrespected. I was buying tea and croissant. The cashier person who took my order was either drunk or high. First of he started questioning about my personal stuff. I’m studying about food crisis. He saw it and said: “what does it mean food critics?” I politely replied: “could you please process my order without extra questions”. He said:”we don’t give food for free for critics” I was shocked. The person who simply do not understand hospitality should not be working with people. This is embarrassing for place those Paris baguette to have such low educated people as a cashier.
I frequent this location to grab my morning coffee and I will say the staff here make my morning a lot better. Danny, Laura & Cristina are stand outs. They know how to handle the morning rush with accuracy, kindness and efficiency. I see how they take the time to make recommendations on different goods P.B offers but also remember what frequent customers like myself order. Paris Baguette is lucky to have exceptional staff that go above and beyond.

Not Recommended — They never have pickup orders ready and wrongfully accused me of stealing in front of everyone!
Firstly, even though it doesn’t bother me all that much, if you order pickup from this location, they never have it ready. You always end up waiting in line and then waiting again for them to make it.
What really bothered me about going here was this:
Before my most recent visit, I had ordered cold sandwiches two other times — the ones displayed by the front door in the open refrigerator. The first time, I ordered well ahead of time, but still had to wait in line, only for them to immediately tell me to “just grab it.” I went again the next day and got the same exact person, who told me again that in the future, if I ordered pickup, I should just grab it myself.
Finally, a little over a week later, I went later at night and grabbed the sandwich I had ordered online, just like I was told to do. I then sat down and started eating in the small dining area. (For context, I’m currently receiving food funding through a private institution that requires me to order all my food through Grubhub.)
After about ten minutes, a staff member publicly approached me and in front of other customers, suggested that I was stealing. I was forced to pull out my phone and show them my receipt on Grubhub to prove that I had paid. Even after that, the staff acted like it was still my fault and said I should have told them — completely contradicting what I had been told before.
I guess every other person who orders pickup or works as a delivery driver should be warned that you apparently can’t just pick up the food that’s been prepared and laid out. Instead, you’re expected to wait in line and explain yourself each time.
This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at any food establishment and literally the only negative review I’ve ever written.

Mornings can be rough, but Christina at your 52nd & Lexington location makes the start of the day amazing. She is kind and always warm when greeting everyone. We need more people like her.

Customer service is terrible they rush and don’t listen. Giving me stuff I didn’t asks for charging me extra and not fixing the error. Which is a shame cause the food is decent but the employees made me not want to come ever again.
