Great Paris Style Bakery near Times Square !
Everything looked amazing. Chose the chocolate croissant and the strawberry croissant with two coffees. Was delicious. Don’t just take it to go, head upstairs and people watch while you enjoy this amazing bakery food and delicious coffee.
They dont cut your sandwich in half at this location . I asked the barista if he can cut it in half for me please & he refused . Said they do not cut it for customers , the customer has to do it themselves .
I purchased a cake from your store, but it was clearly not fresh — it had a strange smell and the texture was off. When I brought this issue to the staff, Michelle and Hesson responded in an extremely unprofessional manner. They accused me of lying, mocked me, and twisted my words.
As a customer, I simply expressed my concern about the quality of the product, but instead of receiving respectful assistance, I was met with hostility and ridicule. This experience was deeply upsetting and completely unacceptable.
Your store is selling leftover cakes from the previous day—I have proof. I bought a cake at 10:00 PM last night, and when I got home, I realized it wasn’t fresh. I came to the store at 12:00 noon today, and I saw that there were many cakes in the display case, except for the one I bought. I took photos. The cakes that didn’t sell last night are still being sold today. That’s disgusting, and you’re refusing to give me a refund.
I purchased a blueberry chiffon cake for Father’s Day and was really looking forward to it. However, I was disappointed to find that the cake had slid to one side inside the box by the time I opened it. I was extremely careful while carrying it home on the train—I didn’t drop it or handle it roughly—so I believe this was due to careless packaging at the store.
Unfortunately, since I needed the cake for today’s celebration, I didn’t have the option to return to the store and request a replacement. I had to accept the cake in its damaged condition, which was frustrating given the occasion.
I’d recommend that anyone buying a cake from here double-check how it’s packaged before leaving the store to avoid the same issue. A little extra care in packaging would go a long way.
