Tried it for lunch. Possibly the worst lunch I’ve ever had. I got a panini the bread was soggy the cheese was disgusting and the meat tasted old. “Fresh” bread was served to me beforehand - I could only take one bite because it was tasteless. Honestly save yourself the trouble and just go to Eataly around the corner.

I went there for lunch. I had Mafaldine with spicy Arrabiata souce and Italian sousage. WOW! The spicy, sweet and sour sauce was perfectly balanced. I later learned that they import tomato source from Italy. Don't know if it is true. I finished the meal with a slice of amazing semifreddo which is out of this world!

Calamari and vodka sauce wasn’t great but the pasta wheel pasta actually tasted so authentic and the ham added a nice umami and saltiness to it
Food was delicious. Alexandro was the best server!

One of a kind and authentic pasta in NYC! Thanks Mateo and the amazing team for the experience. We enjoyed it to the fullest!
See you next time- JP & Steffi
Absolutely incredible.
Overrated. Food is good, not great. Different tables get different levels of service. We experienced not being offered any bread, olive oil or shredded cheese. Italian restaurants are not famous for their service, so if you are OK with being a bit vocal and don’t mind asking for what you like (like bread starter and cheese on your pasta), you should be Ok. Again - overrated.
the food was so good everything was delicious service was amazing
Pasta Eater is the best hidden gem in NYC! As much as I'd like to keep them a secret, I know they deserve to be known for their authentic, most delicious pasta dishes, appetizers and desserts! We've tried almost everything on the menu except for the wines and spirits and we give 5 stars for each one! We came to NYC for good vibes, great views and delicious food and that's exactly what we got here. Thank you guys!
