What is the point of a reservation, when less than a week before your arrival, they cancel your reservation? Refunds should be given!! why on earth would you charge my son for a room we didn't use? Never book a room here! You will be canceled!
We literally received an email 2 DAYS BEFORE OUR TRIP that our booking had been canceled. Still have yet to receive a refund, its been more than a week later! We have yet been able to get a hold of anyone.
