Pazza Notte does well in serving food that comes out hot with good flavor. I believe there is opportunity to input orders with accuracy and provide more timely service. We had received a seafood pappardelle when we ordered a mushroom and received our food after tables that were seated after us. While we did receive a small discount for the missed opportunities as well as a comped tiramisu, I would encourage the team here to prioritize the overall customer experience, understanding that this sets the tone for our plans the rest of the day and night. I hope to return to enjoy both the food and service on a future occasion.

Service is slow and they will get your order wrong. They don’t care about their customers, as they only offered 15% off the check after waiting over 45 minutes only to have the incorrect food brought to you. The so called “manager” with the septum piercing, again, does not have a customer service bone in his body and said it was due to “policy” - prioritizing policy over treating customers right is deplorable. Major disappointment

Good food, price is not bad for New York City, acoustics make it very difficult to talk to someone across the table. However, I would go back again

Good food. We ordered a pizza and a Risotto to share. Maybe a little expensive, but we already know the area it is.

Fun, not too expensive Midtown Italian restaurant with a great Prix fixe menu and wine list! Update: Gone downhill, super unfriendly staff and soggy pizza. Best left to the tourists.

I always come to Pazza Notte with my family or friends because I love the food. However, my experience last Sunday was disappointing. I was there with my husband and friends, and from the beginning, our waiter was rude. He took our order, but when my risotto arrived, it was completely wrong Iordered seafood risotto but received risotto with mushrooms and champagne. Instead of apologizing, the server argued with me. When my husband called him over, he refused to come to our table.
Thankfully, the manager was very nice and stepped in to fix the issue, which I really appreciated. While I still love the food here, the service that night was unacceptable. I hope management addresses this, as good service is just as important as good food.

I got the salmon mashed potatoes and butter sauce. Salmon was rich, and well seasoned. I Can tell it was high quality. The asparagus had some hard parts, and then some soggy parts. This may have been due to not been cooked evenly, or cooked in a large batch.
I made my own substitutions; I changed the mashed potatoes for mushrooms. The mushrooms are good, although they were VERY soggy—even though the menu said it came with butter sauce.
I added beets and seasoned walnuts. The beets were DELICIOUS. It provided a side dish that cleansed my pallet from the obnoxious overload of butter. The beets were fruitful, lively, and tasted fresh. OMG I NEED TO KNOW WHERE THE WALNUTS ARE FROM. They were so good! Ksrina put them on her pasta, and even though I didn’t taste that combo, I can already imagine that it tasted good! Getting beets and walnuts on the side was a smart choice! Very proud 🤓
If you’re debating between any choice that involved the New Orleans pizza, GO WITH THAT CHOICE! It was very flavorful and the crust was thin and crunchy. The way the pizza was made was amazing! It had that sweetness from the barbecue and saltiness and paired amazing with some hot sauce. The truffle fries were crispy and perfectly seasoned. The Mac and cheese is worth a try but I’ve had better. It’s creamy but kind of watery but still good. The crumbs on top added the perfect crunch.
This place is definitely worth a try if you’re around although waiting time may be long.

It doesn't even deserve a star. They say a 45 minute wait and we wait more than an hour, with people who have been waiting for 5 minutes and walk past.
There are three of us, we ordered two pasta dishes and a pizza. They bring two plates and when we have finished eating, they realize that one plate is missing. We waited a long time to have the third dish.
Service, prices, quality not up to par.
Very disappointing. We do not recommend it to anyone.
Nice Italian food served up in a convenient location for us. Not the type of place I'd drive out of my way to. However this place has some good reasonable entrees worth trying, we did and we're very satisfied. Just be aware the noice level gets up there when the place fills in, the seating gets tight too, scaffolding is across the front door and windows( gives atmosphere one less star), the meals are prepared like you'd expect from a bar and pizza restaurant point of view, nothing too exciting although very satisfying( gives one less star). We had the special Linguini fruit de mare ( tasty but lacking any abundance of fish we were expecting), and the grilled Atlantic Salmon was cooked as ordered, nice crispy outer part placed on a mound of creamy mashed potatoes supported on a row of asparagus made this dish the stand out for our visit. We were enticed by a thin crust pizza at another table surely worth giving a try... We will remember when we return to the area.

This Italian restaurant is a great find in New York for a casual meal without the hassle of reservations. The menu offers a good variety of classic dishes, and the food is flavorful and satisfying. They also have great drink specials, which added a nice touch to the experience. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with plenty of seating, though it can get busy during peak hours. Service was friendly and efficient, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Perfect for a last-minute dinner or a relaxed outing with friends.

My sister is vegan and asked the waiter if the tomato soup could be served without cream. He said no. She asked if the pesto pasta could be served without cream. He said no. My husband pointed out that pesto sauce doesn't have cream in it. The waiter asked if we wanted him to call the chef over, rudely. He told my sister that she should order a salad. The last detail was that my 14-year-old niece ordered a non-alcoholic drink and she herself discovered that the drink was made with rum.
