I was first introduced to Astro in 2013, and since then I have been every time I visit Manhattan.If you're looking for something to get you ready for a day in the Big Apple, this is what you need! Shun the souless chains, and head straight for an independent institution.It's a traditional urban diner, with everything you would expect; great service, great food and a great atmosphere.It feels like the menu has grown over the years, but I tend to stick to a couple of classics....read full review

It doesn’t look like much on the outside but the food was really good and the service was great. It’s just really small and difficult to move around but overall good experience and reasonably priced.
