We stopped in for lunch. Wonderful and accomodating atmosphere and staff. The food was spectacular. We read reviews for the chase pork ramen and ordered it too. The chicken dumplings were a delightful surprise, well filled and delicious. We would return.

I have been coming to this restaurant for about 10yrs (since it orginally opened on 86th and 1st). They truly are THE ABSOLUTE BEST RAMEN! Not only in the UES, but I would say top 5 in all of NYC. It's owned by a hardworking couple who come in day after day to make these dishes fresh from scratch with out fail - inspired by their parents personal recipes. I have never had a bad meal. And on the rare occasion I don't like something they would rectify it. My favorite...

Nice surprise in a neighborhood with limited food options. Quiet unpretentious pleasant space and the nicest waitstaff. The homemade noodles and dumplings were very good and lightly prepared. Everything was fresh.
