Perrine New American Restaurant

I had such a lovely experience dinner experience at Perrine. Our server Martin was so warm, welcoming, and attentive. While the food was amazing, the service from Martin and the staff made the experience exceptional. I will definitely be coming again, thank you Martin for making our dinner experience so memorable!

Restaurant overcharged me six times the price of the meal on New Year’s Eve. Issue still not resolved after two months. Terrible communication.

The service was amazing! The staff was so kind, professional and on top of things however the food did not meet our expectations. We had a burger and scallops and we couldn’t finish them. The burger was tasteless and the scallops were incredibly salty. The fries were great but the mains should have been better. Would be back for drinks but not the food

Food is solid but nowhere near what you’d expect at the price point they charge. Would go to a different spot if you’re looking for a nice dining experience. I had the smoked salmon eggs benedict and an americano with a total cost of $57.09, but it should’ve been closer to $36.

While we were at the Pierre Hotel in NYC, we got the chance to have breakfast at the Perrine Restaurant.

The food is not only beautifully presented but also bursting with flavor, and the menu has a nice blend of French and American cuisine.

The service was friendly and attentive.

The restaurant has a lovely charm that matches the Hotel's ambiance.

We had an omelet and the classic Eggs Benedict.

Everything was delicious.

The food was pretty good but the quality/portion did not match the price tag, but that is the be expected at a place like this. Otherwise the room leading to the eating area was very nice, but the eating area itself was underwhelming. Main complaint is that they gave our group an “extra” truffle fries we did not ask for. I assumed this was on the house since no one asked for it but I was surprised to see it on the bill for an extra $19. Very dishonest practice.

Safe to say, I won’t be coming back.

We have dined in at Perrine couple of times in the past and the food and service was top notch.
However, our last 3 visits have been extremely disappointing. Today we thought of giving another try but would never want to be back again.
The food was good. We got pizza and it was delicious. The first order of cocktails were excellent, well balanced.
For the second round, I order a cocktail with Hendricks gin but saw the bartender use Tanquery instead (this was the first cocktail from the menu). The bartender didn’t even bother to inform me but just handed me over the drink.
Later heard a waiter behind us gossip about guests and spoke about the manager in a very condescending manner.

My friend chose this restaurant to celebrate birthday (as mentioned on the reservation). I home baked and brought cheesecake for my friend. This restaurant does not allow me to store cheesecake at the fridge nor allow outside food consumption. Basically not giving me any choice other than throw my cake away. They brought a tiny ice bucket that doesn’t even fit (because they have to save the big ones for wine services).
