The worst service that we could have during new year’s eve. SUPER expensive tickets to be standing more than 1h outside, with negative temperature, loosing more than 1h of open bar that we’ve paid for. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANY EVENT, THEY DO NOT HAVE THE CAPACITY TO ORGANIZE ANYTHING

We went there with our friends in November before thanksgiving. We were early and were there at the opening. They check ID before you go up to the bar. The ambience is amazing and the service was great. We had drinks and apps. The calamari was good. The view from terrace is beautiful.

Service was extremely subpar this time. Server was dry and quite inexperienced when serving drinks.

We had fun the drinks where good and the food was also very good. The place had a nice vibe but had a slight older customers

Perfect view of Broadway lights at night but the seating looks away from the view. Tiny terrace with good drinks.

10/10 for location, things to do in and around hotel, but especially the staff. I have never had such accommodating staff anywhere to where I actually leave a review . They helped us when we missed our ride to Philly for a wedding and made sure we got there as well as helped us book all our plans. I will 100 percent be staying here again. Plus you can walk to Times Square and the rooftop terrace bar is awesome as well as the other bars in the hotel . When your feet hurt from walking around all day you can get back to the hotel and just conveniently visit the awesome places in the hotel. They also have happy hour as well as free prosecco in the lobby during that time. Highly recommend !!!! Im typing this as I am in the ride they helped us get so we don’t miss the wedding in Philly . So grateful . Can’t wait to come back

Booked a resy for the Dream in Cherries experience a couple of weeks ago, only to show up today to find out the rooftop is under renovation. They have time to post photos on their socials but can’t post that the rooftop is closed and only the indoor experience is available? Or calling people who specifically booked the Cherry experience through the webpage and letting them know? Such a shame because it looked beautiful and we were looking forward to it.

Axel at the door was very sweet! I came here for an event and was very impressed with the service. Everyone was super welcoming and dessert was amazing!! Would highly recommend and return. Amazing views of the city.
