Beware of hidden charges!! Upon checking out was told we owed additional money for a facility fee even though we had already paid in full and was not told about this at check in. Seems to be a Hyatt thing as I’ve never experienced this before and it should not be addressed at checkout. Will not be returning or recommending.

I came here since dear Irving was having an event but I enjoyed my time here. Best time to go is happy hour. 5-7pm. Drinks and food are prettt cheap. After that though the prices pretty much double haha coconut shrimp was good. So were the Mac and cheese balls. Ambience was nice

We ended up hitting PHD rooftop on the hottest night in July at 2am. Music was fantastic and we enjoyed our time there. We loved the photobooth as well. Views were nice but we stayed indoors to cool off in AC. Came back in winters for holiday and Birthday party..was amazing.

Nice Hotel Centally located in Midtown. Short walk to Louis Vutton ,Nordstroms, Tiffany's and other well known 5 ave. stores. Central Park is close as well. Many great restaurants in the area. The hotel has a nice terrace upstairs for drinks and small bites with a Great view of times square area.

So why when we are the only couple in here do I get charged double for my drinks I think this is disgusting . As if I did enjoy myself I would have tipped. I only had one drink and left as the vibe was awful I would not recommend anyone going to this rooftop bar

Hello everything is fine! I didn't get to go there, but I could see it every day from the Terrace of the Hotel where I was staying. It caught my attention because it was a cool place, small, well decorated, outdoors and also on a terrace.

One of the best terraces immersed in the New York atmosphere, Bartender Felix is the best, the atmosphere to chat and have a pleasant time is magnificent

The space and view are nice. The cocktails are awful, made with premixed sugary poison. The first bartender was trying very hard not to notice us while talking to his colleague and nobody else ordering drinks. The second bartender was friendly but the mixed drinks are still absolute garbage. So, if you go, enjoy the view and order shots.

This is a rooftop mainly dedicated to drinks and appetizers. If you are looking for a good night vibe.

The place is very expensive, the furniture in the place is old and ugly. It's not worth paying so much. Since the facilities are horrible. The few plants the place has are more dead than anything. The managers don't solve anything, they are incompetent. The music is horrible...and when the DJ is on Friday and Saturday the managers don't turn up the music. The only good thing that place has are the bartenders. I don't recommend it at all!!!

Beautiful place, with good drinks and good food.
The establishment does not allow each person to have their card individually for consumption and also does not allow the table bill to be split appropriately. I think this makes it difficult to organize consumption for customers who are in larger groups.
I suggest they improve.
