Polly's is one of my favorite speakeasys and spots in NYC. The space, the staff, the food, the drinks--all supremely delightful. I want to especially thank Lucas for his help. I am planning a celebration at Polly's and Lucas answered all of my questions, made amazing suggestions, and facilitated a smooth reservation process. Lucas' professionalism and ease of communication truly made the planning process a piece of cake. Thank you!
Please do not find this place. I want to keep it to myself. I thought the drinks upstairs were good... well they are... exceptional. But this underground gem has made this trip very happy. The cocktails are amazing. Sadly you probably cannot have more than 3. Must come back tomorrow.
