This is my favorite tea shop. It is cozy with friendly and knowledgeable staff and owner, and the selection of teas is incredible. When I started going there years ago I was drinking their oolong (so good!) and the Masala chai (also excellent) but I cannot drink caffeine anymore and thankfully, they have a huge variety of herbal and non-caffeinated teas. I was excited they had a decaf black cinnamon tea and it’s delish! Another favorite is the Thai rooibos chai. Enjoy!

This is a really beautiful, unique little place! Solely a tea shop- no crazy Starbucks-esque drinks, but a really beautiful selection of teas.
Also should be noted that there is not really a food selection- moreso biscotti and shortbread, and not a huge seating area. Not a problem for me but just something to keep in mind if you're with a big group!
This place is great for getting presents. They had the most adorable tea steepers, sage, and more. Also, take a look into it's history- really cool!

I loved SO many things about this store: 1) the huge selection of high quality imported tea. They really had something for everyone. 2) the woman (who I believe may have been the owner) let me try one of them and told me the best ways to brew them. She also told me about a few special ones that weren't on the shelf, which is how I got the lychee gold tea I'm drinking as I type this. I've never had a tea quite like it, it's fantastic. 3) the shop has a lovely atmosphere

Worker was so sweet, and played amazing music. She made two awesome matcha lattes (that were so matcha-y it was great) and offered honey as sweetener. Never, outside of my own home, have I been offered honey as sweetener. I love it. It was so cozy in there. Do note that no laptops are allowed! I also loved their little tea kettles and tea soakers for sale. The worker let us smell a bunch of teas without making us feel like weirdos and was truly just so sweet.

They had a female tshirt when we showed up on 7-17-24 but no male tshirts and nothing in store with your company's name on it. I'm guessing there's alot if Zeppelin fans like myself who would purchase merchandise. The female behind the counter (1pm ish) was extremely nice and you could tell she's heard "I stopped in because of Led Zeppelin" a million times ??? not a tea drinker but will check back at website for a tshirt or coffee mug with your logo on it

As I walked towards Physical Graffitea, I was mesmerized by all of the artful signage that lends a welcoming vibe.I met Olivia. As soon as I entered the tea space I noticed Olivia's welcoming smile that accompanied the pleasant aromas of tea.Olivia took me on a tea story explaining the history and benefits of each tea I had inquired about.I had ordered Physical Graffitea's version of a London Fog. Olivia created my hot beverage with exceptional care and kindness.I appreciate the unplugged aspect of the space's culture. No computers please. Exisit and be a human if only for a few moments.Thank you, Olivia for packing my purchases with care and for lending me your eclipse glasses too.

Had the most lovely experience here on a windy Sunday afternoon! Anna was so kind and helpful. I went home with some Scottish Toffee Pu'erh (minimum 2 oz for any tea) in a cute tin container ($4.50) and a single serve teapot and teacup set ($16). Everything was pretty affordable. I’m in love! Will definitely be coming back to this cozy, intimate spot.
