Tried some tea that I liked, bought another tea. The tea we bought was bad, they refused to refund even though we used less than a tablespoon from 4 ounces.
They said there wasn’t anything they could do. Gave it to them to throwaway.
Wish it was taken care of a better way. Personally not coming back here again.

Positives - really nice welcoming staff, good location, and lots of choices of tea.
Negatives - not serving in a tea pot at a tea shop is not okay! Tea should always come in a tea pot (not sure why America generally struggles with this). Tea pots are on display in the stores so asked for our tea to be in a tea pot, but were told that stopped after covid.. It's like going to a nice wine bar and being served in paper cups. Please offer tea pots and we would come back repeatedly

Dreamiest tea shop in nyc. Within 20 minutes, I had learned so much about herbs and was given a beautiful recommendation for a tea blend for anxiety. The tea tasted amazing and I instantly felt the relief. Would highly recommend this shop for anyone new or interested in herbal medicine and teas. They also have delicious matcha and cute bags. Can’t wait to go back the next time I’m in the city.

Honestly just a 10/10 vibe. It’s so cute. The menu is great. I had a tahini latte which was perfectttttt. The matcha looks very good. The tea looks great. The prices are pretty normal. 3 kinds of plant milk to choose from (no cows milk). The staff are so nice! I met Olivia and she was very sweet. There’s space to sit. No laptops allowed.

Awesome tea selection. Quaint shop and seating. The staff was so knowledgeable and shared information about tea and the different kinds that I never knew before. I was made an iced white peach in the shop. Fresh. It was AMAZING.

I had an amazing experience at Physical Graffitea! The staff is incredibly nice and welcoming, which really enhances the atmosphere. The interior is so cute and cozy, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a cup of tea. The selection of teas is outstanding. I loved the Serenitea and purifying tonic. Plus, it's right next to the building featured on the Led Zeppelin cover 'Physical Graffiti,' adding a unique historical touch to the visit. If you're a tea lover, this place is a must-visit! Highly recommend!

I’m an avid tea drinker and was excited to try this shop. Had a great experience, had a hot tea, bought 3 teas and bought a tea pot. The girl working was kind and informative. When I got home I found there was a small chip on the lid of the tea pot. I called and spoke with Ilona to ask if they would replace the pot. I was told that items are always checked before they leave the shop. I’m not blaming the girl who served me but I took great care in getting the tea pot home. Ilona made me feel like I was a liar! Said she would replace the lid but it would be a different color! Why would I want that? She also asked me why should she take the loss for the tea pot? I said, I the customer should? Well Ilona I had liked your shop very much, I drink a lot of tea and would be a return customer spending well over your 25.00 loss!! But I guess your too proud to realize your being penny wise and pound foolish!
