Thank you once again for completely forgetting my order when I place it. This is the second time in a row that I've ordered and there has been a line of less than four people and my one bagel sandwich is just totally forgotten about. I'm then told "it's just taking a little longer" -- because of the fact it was not being made in the first place while 7+ orders that come in after me are fulfilled.
I am not coming back here again. I'd rather walk farther to a different bagel...read full review
Actually, i would prefer to give this no stars...based solely on their customer service. if being berated because they don't make egg bagels isn't enough -- how about them calling us back and still berating us. They should change their classification on Facebook from Specialty Grocery Store to Assh@les.
