View of the a Hudson and of the pier is breathtaking. They were kind enough to serve me a really tasty tomato basil soup with croutons even though the kitchen was closed. Music was a bit loud, but otherwise it was a lovely experience

I come here every Sunday evening during the warmer months for a cocktail and some meditative time on the pier. I'm usually very pleased. But today I had a very unpleasant surprise. As always, I checked that the cafe is open and should be closed at 8 PM, so I arrived at a quarter to 6 PM. However, they told me it was closed and refused to serve me, even though I showed them the information on Google Maps. And when I left half an hour later, they weren't actually closed...
