Attempted coming here 3 times, closed all three times. No one ever picks up their phone. Hours says it’s open and it’s not. There’s also an oat carton left out which is gross. Not sure what happened this was at 8:45 pm and this is how the store looks like. If you zoom in you can see the oat carton on the counter.

Writing this review as a customer who used to love this place, it’s not the same anymore. I used to come here at least twice a week during the weekdays around 1-2pm and I always had the pleasure of being served by a sweet young lady with blue hair and have received the best hospitality from her. I believe she no longer works there anymore but that is very unfortunate to find out because this place is not the same without her. I do love the drinks but I do believe that the workers do help make the vibe better. She also had great music every time I walked in and made me want to take a seat for at least 20 minutes, now if I even do ever stop by I never feel the urge to take a seat.

“I ordered the strawberry milk tea with the buy-one-get-one-free deal, but it didn’t taste like tea at all—it was more like Nesquik milk. The flavor wasn’t great, and it didn’t sit well with my stomach. My friend tried it too and felt the same way. I wouldn’t be ordering from here again.”

This place is a scam.They charge you for large glass but gives you small drink instead. Not worth the money. If you want to pay for a glass of ice then come here. Their service is pathetic the guy has an attitude issue and their milk/boba tea are not authentic and tastes disgusting. I am not coming back here again,don't waste your time and money.

Yesterday I got a malai tea, I got the large one, and today I just went there and the guy told me they just give medium which one is no even medium is small and it is very liquid it doesn’t taste enough good like the one I got the other day and for the high prices they sell that’s not a good deal

Not worth the price. Medium falooda kulfi milk tea was 9.25. It was super sweet and I feel like the guy didn’t even give me the toppings that should be included in falooda like basil seeds and vermicelli. The kulfi and some nuts were all clumped at the bottom of the cup.

One star for customer service, I was soo excited to try this place! Placed an order for 4 drinks yesterday night and when the cashier handed me the drinks in the cup holder it all managed to fall on the floor and they refused to remake all the drinks and did not even offer a refund for my money. I will never return to this place nor will I ever recommend it. Very disappointed.

Visiting from Texas, walked 30 mins to get there and they ended up being sold out of half their menu?? When we asked why, we were told they sell out on Friday or Saturday every week and don’t restock until the middle of the week. Seems like there should be a better management of inventory. Highly disappointed.

Person working there said only have desi fusion drinks Friday, Saturday. Wish they would state that on website or something before people would come all the way out for it. Sad!

Prices have been increased by ~30% since they opened. The included toppings are all additional now. Lastly, the quality and service levels have noticeably dropped.
