This location has horrible customer service. I bought 2 take home yogurts late last night and when I got home the containers were only half full. I buy pinkberry all the time from other locations and this has never happened before. I took pictures of the containers and everything!! I call the store the following day to speak to a manager to let her know my disappointment and she tells me all the yogurt is measured and there was nothing she could do !! I then ask her again and if she was the manager and she said she was.I then proceeded to ask her her name I couldn’t understand what she was saying so I asked her if she could spell it. and that’s when she hung up the phone..I called back no one answered. This location sucks big time !!

The perfect treat at any time! My fave, the old school original, and with a swirl of Pomegranate!! Fruit and mochi, make it healthy and a little naughty!! Very refreshing and cool!!

I got watery 'frozen' yogurt. I did not even order delivery. I went in person and literally 30 seconds later my yogurt melted completely. I believe their machines are not working correctly. If they're not, they should not be selling.
