My first time back here since the pandemic hit. Still good as ever! The only difference is the $. I got the large with toppings and it was definitely more than I needed. But sometimes you just gotta go all out!!

Don't get me wrong. I love this stuff. Frozen yogurt? Who knows what that really means. It's delicious. The service in this particular place? Needs a grand amount of work. It's either attitude from the employee's, or just poor service all around. How can one even get an order wrong here? Today I wanted to make my day with some Pinkberry and found a trash can in front of the door and no explanation. Why? Why were you guys close? It's the little things.

Just for the record, I agree 100% with the negative reviews for these guys right here... I've placed orders via GrubHub on various occasions at this location..And they botch the order all the time..This time they forgot the additional Nutella topping I paid for and NO utensils..So what now..I call you at your location and you tell me "there's nothing you can do " ...Kudos to the incompetent staff there who consistently DONT read their orders correctly and RUSH to get delivery orders out...Taking my business elsewhere..And so should YOU ALL...smdfh at Pinkberry 58th Street. --》Sub par service for a major NYC location...

I’ll never visit this location again, incredibly rude.Despite obvious issues with there machines (an employee was trying to service one) the owner tried to charge me for a replacement.I’d taken 2 bites and returned to the counter within 2 minutes of purchase. After having to threaten to challenge the $15 on my Amex he relented. I sat there for 20 minutes watching him provide optimal customer service to patrons that didn’t look like me. Yup, you guessed it.Very disappointing experience. Will never patronize this establishment again.

Nice location. Clean, worker who served us was nice. Felt like the toppings were bare minimum compared to other pinkberry locations I've been to. For the price you'd expect a decent quantity. Overall good experience.

So I’ve tried three locations and the customer service is consistently rude and indifferent. I work in a customer service myself and the way they treat guests is not right. The company should train their employees or let the guests use the yogurt machines and add toppings themselves because taking to their employees is always a negative experience.

I wish I saw reviews before I stop at this location on 58th Street. Staff extremely rude, smoothie made horribly mango and pineapple not fully blended. This location need to be trained again on customer service and their product.

I've been here twice and both experiences have been a let down (I had hoped that the second time would change my mind but sadly it didn't)First time I ordered a 16oz and they charged me for a 24oz. By the time I realized, the server was already handing me my drink and I didn't bother asking for a refund. (But the feeling of being cheated felt pretty bad)The second time, I pre-ordered on Google and when I arrived, they wanted me to pay extra for some of the toppings I picked (nowhere on Google did it mention anything about extra charges).Their attitude was constant condescendence, blaming me for the misunderstanding. When they prepared my drink, I'm pretty sure they spat in my milk in the back room as well

Then was rude when I asked if she'd like to help the customers that actually came to the store to be served.If that was the worst part, I wouldn't have posted....My pomegranate was just off-the flavor as well as the texture...Our service post order was a better experience, table service and she apologized...Sadly, no photo....
