The staff has the worst attitude. They need to get the ear buds out of their ears. No customer service . Will never go back even if the pizza is good. Management should Be fired if they think this is acceptable customer service. Worst attitude i’ve seen in a fast food restaurant and that’s a low bar. ? The worst. This is for the Broadway and Astor Place Location.

One of my favourite pizza places in the city! You can custom your own pizzas or choose one of their pre-made favorites. The workers are always super friendly and patient when I make my own pizza. The pizza is made fresh so it definitely tastes best if you dine in. The crust isn't too thick or thin and has great textures. Would definitely recommend adding the hot honey to any pizza!

Place was empty and still got my order wrong. Added Pineapple to the pizza because it was in my name not my order. My order was basil. ugh!

The pizza I got today 08/02/23 (hot honey) was burned and dry, w barely any toppings or red sauce. I ordered knots prior to this & it was very much the same, burned w no cheese filling. I won’t be coming back, esp when there’s so many better options nearbylike funzi’s on st marks.

Quick service, delicious pizzas made to order. Friendly staff (by NY standards lol), they were great. Enjoyed a plain cheese pie and an amazing chicken barbecue pie. Definitely recommend for anyone near NYU or Washington Square park.

Good pizza, never need it again. It takes a bit to cook since they do it right in front of you and it's gimmicky (and pricy) for what you get. Preferred the barbecue chicken over the pepperoni but I could have gotten better for less elsewhere. The store was also kind of a mess, but it was right by the Pride March so I'm sure they had way more traffic than usual that day.
