I picked up an order and went to the customer address and then the customer didn’t answer my call or came down to get the pizza so I had to returned the order back to restaurant

The staff of the store is hard to describe, there is girl she’s doing her best and thanks of her I got my order cause the guy give my order twice mix with deliveries orders, he doesn’t know how takes the order, even do not understand English or Spanish. The pizza was the worst I can try on my all life.

Most of my food wasn’t there and cold . Plus I had to call back to back and each time because someone would pick up and hang up after I tell them my issue after being on hold for a very long time . And to top it off I waited over a two hours.please shut this business down ASAP ! Unprofessional. Not good business ,someone needs to look into this place ..

What a shame, really, as a franchise with the more than stipulated capsules, it is regrettable that the operator offers to answer the call in Spanish and that the people who answer you do not speak it.If something is offered it is because they have it and more so in the attention
