This location is conveniently situated near a hop-on, hop-off bus stop, making it an ideal pit stop before or after a tour. I really enjoyed the smoothies; however, the acai bowls could be improved with more flavorful fruit. My daughter ordered a Nutella bowl, but the strawberries were quite sour.
Large store (for NYC) but doors are open in 90 degree heat, causing it to be warm in the place. Girl at the counter is hard to understand (speaks softly, rushes through the order), and chose to crumble and trash the receipt I asked for. Our orders were completely wrong (peanut butter on someone’s who is allergic 😱) and the fruit looks like it’s in a cooler that is freezing it. We frequent Playa in TX OFTEN, having had our first experience with it in Times Square 2 years...

I ordered a large which was with taxes 13.5$ which is really expensive, so I don't know if it's worth it, it is a large smoothy though.
