I think they need to hire more people. The staff is literally always frantic and rude. I do online pickups and will still end up waiting in the store for 15+ minutes because they just can’t seem to get it together

None of the workers are wearing gloves let alone the cooks. I ordered on line to pick up and when I came in store to get my food I noticed there wasn’t anyone in sight wearing gloves. Check out the pics I took where you can see both front and back employees are not using food safety.

The nastys Popeyes chicken i ever ate will never eat there again the workers play dumb and the manger told me the chicken is not suppose to be seasoned HORRIBLE service

Stopped by Popeyes and everything was on point. My order came out hot and fresh, and the chicken was cooked perfectly. The dining area looked clean and the vibe was good. The only reason I’d say service wasn’t perfect is because the wait was a bit longer than expected, but the staff was still respectful and got it done. I’d definitely come back.

Got the new ghost paper sandwich. Visiting from Russia. Staff were nice and punctual they went above an beyond. Thank u for asking me feel welcomed. Great food wasn't spicy to me but everything was great and to perfection

Walk up window service some nights. The location is tricky due to its high traffic area.
