Clean quick place to get food before entering Lexington Avenue train station. The area is busy with the unfortunate homeless population so I was solicited for “a dollar “ at the door and once again in the restaurant. This is one of the realities of the area. The staff was polite and asked the man to leave customers alone and to go outside and he did. My food was hot. I ordered ahead for pickup and it was ready.

Poor service. The manager does not give you the portion you paid for. The chicken is cut in half and breaded up to cover it up. The mashed potatoes are from a box instant mashed potatoes. Not the mashed potatoes that is required for Popeyes. The fries are always cold and undone. The Mac and cheese is never done right and you only a very small portion and not the portion you paid for. The drinks are poorly maintained and not what it supposed to be. It's all sugar and it will harm your body. The chicken tenders are cut small and they take from the breast chicken and bread it like it's normal. The chicken breast is cut in three pieces and not given the portion what is advertised.

No Americans seem to run any Popeye’s anymore. These people are slow serving, and rude. I’m guessing that’s why the sales are slipping. Popeyes, please get Americans back in these stores
