I ordered a three piece combo specifically 2 legs and 1 wing with mash potatoes and coleslaw no drink only to find out when I got home that they did include the wing but my receipt clearly says 3 piece combo and I was charged $14.54. I attempted to call but no one answered. Very disappointed will not go there again.6

The vibe is nothing fancy at all, it’s mostly about grabbing your order quickly and getting out, and it can get pretty busy depending on the time of day. Service is hit or miss, sometimes fast and smooth, other times a bit slow when it’s crowded or the staff is overwhelmed. ⬆️: the chicken and the sandwiches are consistent. All the food is standard Popeyes, and if you’re a regular, you won’t be disappointed. The App is great for points & quick service.
⬇️: the freelance doormen. They always keep the left door locked, only the right one works, which means you have to interact with the freelance doormen in some way. They let people who don’t buy anything just hang out at the tables, so can be impossible to find a seat at times. Cleanliness is an issue in the dining room. $5 for 3 chicken is sus- I never get good pieces, seems intentional old, never again.
↔️: the service is better than uptown Harlem Popeyes locations but… it’s indifferent and hit or miss when an issue arises, which happens occasionally.
✅: At the EOD, it’s a chain. This location is better than any of the Harlem locations, but it’s a still a chain and all the things that come with that exist here.
When downloaded the popeyes app it gives you a welcom offer where you recive a free item with a 5 dollar minimum purches ... I places my order for pick when I got there Mr. Rahman said my order was pickedup ... with out showing and recipt or Bar code ... he would not replace my order or honor my welcome deal he was rude and dismissive and could careless when I asked for a manager he said there wasn't one on....I ended up ording agin with out my deal ... and when I got home Mr. RAHMAN GAVE ME CHICKEN THAT WAS REFRIED AND OLD
Never had any order issues nor bad service at this location.

Absolutely disappointed. The wings I got were ridiculously tiny compared to what they usually serve — they looked like leftovers from a kid’s meal. When I politely approached the staff about it, they were rude, dismissive, and insisted it was “the right order with the right sauce.” That’s not an excuse — it’s just bad service and zero accountability.
I’ve been customers for popeyes for a long time and never had such an unpleasant experience. If this is how they treat returning customers, I’m definitely not coming back.

The food and service is exceptional. However the environment is not the best. The dining area is not always clean and homeless people hang out at the restaurant aggressively begging for food and money. One homeless man whom is there daily curses at you if you do not give him money or food. I actually bought him food and he became enraged because he wanted chicken instead of a chicken sandwich. He threw the drink and food on the ground. Be cautious when entering this restaurant
