I placed an online order and received a notification at 5:37 PM that it was ready. I arrived at 5:41 PM, but the cashier couldn’t find my order after several minutes of searching. I was told it was still being worked on. Another employee asked for my name, and the cashier still couldn’t locate it until I showed my receipt. My order was finally completed at 5:51 PM.
I understand delays happen, but it was frustrating to receive a “ready” notification when it clearly wasn’t ready, and the confusion at pickup made the experience worse. I hope they can improve their online order system and communication moving forward.
