Placed an order through uber eats at the wrong location but managed to cancel it in under a minute. Said that the order was “ready” even though I canceled quickly and was charged for the order. Basically stole my money and got nothing in return. Uber eats did nothing to compensate me either.

Went there after work around 6:00pm. Staff didn’t listen to us while we were ordering and turned around and packed delivery. I knew they would take wrong order and they did ! and didn’t even say sorry. What’s even worse is food was the worst fried chicken I ever had. Too dry and stone cold. If you want to try worst chicken and service, you can come here !

The worst customer service is an understatement. I came in during afterhours at about 4:45 am. Ordered a 3pc meal & it was downhill after that. The chicken was dry the biscuit was overbaked & the Mac & cheese wasn't fresh. As if the food being subpar wasn't enough, they cut my "meal" short at 5am & said I had to leave because they were closed. On one side it was the humane thing to do, to stop me from eating that crap but I know they didn't do it with good intentions. It's important to note this particular location closes at 6am. It's also important to note that as this was presented to me more patrons came in, ordered food & continued to EAT THERE. So what was this biased/ discrimination due to? I didn't do anything out of the ordinary other than charge my phone. Which if it was such an issue, that could've been stated & I would've unplugged my phone. The outlet was clearly left out in the open for customers & if I made a wrong assumption I could've stood corrected.but instead, fabricate a false narrative & threaten to call the police BECAUSE I DIDNT FINISH MY FOOD IN 10 MINS IN TIME FOR YALL TO MAKE-BELIEVE-CLOSE
the food was delicious when i ate it come to find when i get home my stomach starts to feel like it’s turning , i go to the bathroom to see what’s wrong and i threw up 8 times !! and i’m not even exaggerating i literally threw up 8 different times i do not recommend eating at this popeyes unless you like throwing up all the food you ate . do not eat the sandwhich !!!!
