Good food. Lousy staff...in early afternoon

Ok!!!! You have a grown ass man giving you a meet and greet for change while entering the establishment. Now I am standing online with two slow cashiers with 7 people in front of me while a dude sits in the far corner waiting for the weed man to deliver his bud now the bud is delivered and they part ways. So as the line start to move someone comes in selling hats, knives and tasers along with Bluetooth earbuds, now I am paying for my chicken and then cashier tell me that it's going to be about ten more minutes for fries and fresh hot chicken ok lady no problem but once I get my chicken and go home to eat it the chicken is pink and undercooked and raw so 49.99+ tax was a waist of money so I say fire the entire staff and take out all the seats so it won't be a hangout spot for buns.

It's the second time I order by uber and they send emails incomplete my order, there is no number to call to solve anything... they are terrible.

They are serving food with no gloves. The guy on line beside me told the woman why is she touching money and touching food? She acted like she didn’t understand him but then quickly put on gloves. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches with cheese. They forgot the cheese, handed my food to the man in the back who then proceeded to add cheese to the sandwiches WITH NO GLOVES. I complained and it took them 8 mins to remake my sandwiches with gloves this time. Is staff being trained to use gloves? What is happening in this store??

The wait time and food was poor and could use a little improvement.
The service and cleanliness also need improvement.

Popeyes was the franchise we wanted for my friends’ get together. My friends and I decided to meet to crunch on a family size box of tenders. This was our last hurrah before two of them go abroad for their vacation. In our meeting, we stacked delicious chicken tenders, crisp to the bite. We also loaded them with BBQ sauce, which added to the Buffalo flavor of the famous Popeyes tenders. Customer service was accommodating, quick and had an easy transaction. It is good to be nice to the servers, we all need to be kind to get the best service from Popeyes. In addition, we had biscuits, but they were eaten before given a chance to display. They were that good. Thank you Popeyes!



Vegetarian options: Popeyes has a delicious side option of Red Cajun Beans and Rice, Coleslaw, Mac & Cheese, and endless Biscuits, good for the vegan palette.

My experience with customer service was not the best.

I ask this heavy African women can she please let not what's out of order before I order?

She just started yelling at me, saying it's not her fault. Never going back there ever!
