Every time I come to the city I have to stop in for a sandwich. I have never been disappointed and the service is always friendly and amazing!!

The rudest place to get lunch near my job. 2nd day working down here, I grabbed a sandwich the day before and enjoyed it, came back today and asked "where do I order again?", guy behind the counter says "over there, don't you remember from yesterday?" No dummy, that's why I asked, why would you even respond like that? That already made sure I would never come back but after buying soup and politely asking for a spoon I was told they didnt have any and was laughed at when I said "seriously?"0/5, never going back and wish they'd hire less ghetto people to work there like there aren't 150 other places to eat around here. And the soup had the nerve to be damn near ice cold, why did I even come here.

Meh. I’ve had better potbelly sandwiches. The guy that served at the register wasn’t very pleasant. Snappy attitude. Meh.

Good Chicago style toasted sandwiches. The bread needs some improvement but overall not bad for lunch.

We ordered via Uber Eats so can't comment on management cause it arrived in reasonable time. The food, however, was gross. There was something seriously wrong with the chicken pot pie soup- my boyfriend literally spat it out and was worried that he swallowed some lol. My sandwich tasted okay, but 3 bites in my lips started stinging, which has never happened before???? I stopped eating and rinsed them with water and it went away....it was just a turkey sandwich lmfao so not spicy or anything. Very odd experience.

I went to a Potbelly in Md. and the food was delicious. Since i see they had one in NY where I live I been dying to go. I should have skipped this trip. Walking in the door no one it was disserted. didn't look like anybody was working. The cashier just looked at me like i shouldn' t be here. I should have took heed. I walked to order my food stood there for almost 2 mintues before the person looked up to notice me. Yes he was making a sandwich but I will be right with you would have been helpful. After my sandwich was made went to pay for it. I felt like they couldn't be bothered. I ordered a soup and sandwich where did they think was going to put it. they just handed it to me like I was going to eat it right there at the counter. Then asked oh do you need a bag. No I just wanted to look at it. After getting home and eating it. I should have kept my money and someplace else it was disqusting. The soup tasted like paste not loaded potato soup. I would never step food in another one. You lost a customer and with this being my second time. That is sad. Get better customer service. or make your food better.

"Them belly full but we're hungry"(Bob Marley)If you're hungry and want to fill your belly at a reasonable price, you best scoot over to Potbelly Sandwich Shop. They have 28 different sandwiches, plus soups, sides and salads. The sandwiches are ordered "Subway" style, where you slide down the ordering line to add extras, and the hot sandwiches go through a conveyor belt broiler thingy to toast them up Quizno's style.I went with an Italian (Salami, capicola, pepperoni, mortadella, provolone) and added on lettuce, tomato, onions, and mustard. It went through the broiler and came out great for $8.29.I added on a bag of Zappo's Voodoo Heat potato chips and they sure delivered in the old Scoville Department ! Our three sandwiches, two bags of chips, and one fountain drink cost $40.45 after tax. Not bad for a casual Manhattan meal.I want to give a shout out to the man behind the counter who took our orders. He was super fast, super friendly, and super efficient. What a gentleman!

If you’re in a rush and want to have something healthy knowing it’s a low quality cold meat, it’s okay. Otherwise it’s pretty bad.

The food overall is great and the service is improving. I wasn't impressed with the service in the past but continued to come because it was close to my work and I enjoyed the food regardless but the staff is getting much better. I don't know everyones names but Crystal and the two young gentleman who look to be in their 20s are great.

June 13, 2023. WORST employees EVER! The employee preparing the sandwiches, dressed like a female but is a guy. Multiple earrings & piercings. He’s one rude guy, major attitude and no greetings. He’s a black male, and another black female was at the cashier side. HE was coughing everywhere without covering HIS mouth. I walked out of there in disgust. Didn’t even buy anything. Went to “Summer Salt” instead. Potbelly PLEASE hire new employees. Searching for a potbelly location in my car with no rude employees is tough. There’s one location I’ve been too, where the employees were nice, but address doesn’t show up on google surprisingly. That potbelly had one Caucasian male and one black guy.
