This is a very clean restaurant. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The food is exactly what you’d expect from a typical Potbelly. Even though it gets a little busy, it was still set up to allow for people to easily move about the shop. There is one public bathroom that was pretty clean, too.

Old fashioned sandwich shop, my sandwich was made hot when I hadn't requested it, I had to ask four times for tomato soup for my sandwich & soup 'pick your pair'.I came here at lunchtime as it seemed quiet when all the other eateries were rammed, now I know why.Potbelly your ordering system needs tweaking, and your decor is outdated.
The sandwiches are as good as anything that Potbelly normally. It's pretty standard anywhere that you go. The issue is pick up, especially when you have ordered through an app. Every time I have come the order has not been ready when I arrived. Unfortunately, today really took the cake. Per the app, it said it would be ready at 11:43. I left my office at 11:45 to come here. When I arrived, they told me they had not even accepted the order or started it yet.

I love Potbelly’s and literally eat here everyday. If you’re looking for a quick cheap sandwich in midtown - this is the spot! Tomato soup and Oreo shake are amazing.

Terrible! The staff here is beyond unprofessional. They were screaming at each other the entire time in front of the customer. Failed to put on numerous soups so myself and a few customers in front and beyond me were all left waiting. They mixed up my order with my fiancé’s and he mistakenly ate cheese to which he is highly allergic. The restaurant was sweltering and felt like it was 90 degrees. Trash was overflowing the trash can. Totally ridiculous.
