I typically don’t leave reviews but I had to for my most recent experience. Ive ordered from here a lot in the past with no problems. I recently had an issue with getting a wrong sandwich and Laura who I believe may be the manager really went above and beyond to make it better without me even asking (I just wanted to get the sandwich I ordered). The lunch rush around here ain’t easy but their team is always working fast.

Their online ordering system is broken… I only added avocado as extra salad topping but it automatically applied every single topping choice including blue cheese which I really dislike… And the staff member who prepared my farmhouse salad did NOT put either chicken or ranch dressing in my salad… the salad was disgusting and I had to throw it out. Giving 3 stars cuz the chicken pot pie soup was good.

Their was no other customer, and yet I had to wait a few minutes to be served as I was gossiped about in my face about my outfit, and the workers / managers on their phones. The soup/Mac was undercooked, and not worth it.

😆Ohh Boy👏🏾, POTBELLY made my Day, it has A nice Menu, love the chicken Popeye soup & chili soup, Outstanding👏🏾🏆, there’s no place like Potbelly, Everything is so freshly made, in front of your eyes. I love the milkshakes too😋, If you ever in the City& feeling hungry, Head over to Pot Belly😆🤘🏾!!

The customer service experience was disappointing, no greeting and the cashier couldn’t even bother to bag my food up. The staff at the front seemed more focused on chatting with each other than attending to my order, leading to confusion and an error with the size of my sandwich. Additionally, Yomaira, who was working at the cashier, had headphones on, which made it difficult for her to hear me clearly and properly process my order.

It was a horrible experience!!!! When we came to dine in nobody was paying attention to us. When I tried to order food still nobody was paying any attention. Two girls who were working there continued talking and after a couple of minutes, one of them turned to me silently staring at me with a look like I interrupted them. They did not say even “Hello” to us. While we have been ordering food they have been rude and not nice. They didn’t notify us about the restroom being out of order before we ordered food! They pointed to the door with an order to try to find a restroom at another dine in places!!! I have a feeling they did that on purpose! Because when came some guy to order the food they started to be smiley and nice. Those girls have to learn what good service is for customers!!!!

The food is always very good in potbelly, the staff is kind but it need improvements in the stores (in this one it wasn’t working the fridge and there weren’t cold drinks, also lacks a bit of cleaning)

Since their complaint system doesn’t work, I ordered food through the app thinking that it might be ready within a few minutes of the food pickup time. I wasted over half an hour to get a sandwich. People walked in, ordered their food and got it before they even bothered to make my sandwich which of course they got wrong! This used to be a good shop to get a quick bite but between this and them charging me for a shake that I never got last time. Very disappointed!

randomly entered yesterday and had the best experience ever!! not the hugest fan of turkey but decided to try the turkey avocado sandwich. it definitely did not disappoint!! It was absolutely one of the best sandwiches i have ever had!! also really decent prices! great amount of turkey, not dry, super fresh bread and avocado!! the sugar cookie was also super delicious. the bathroom was also super clean. staff was super kind, friendly, and super clean! this place will definitely be my go to! cannot recommend enough!
