I have ordered from here plenty of times and today just was not the best experience . I order a garden soup which brought more of the garden than any broth , it was just a bunch of vegetables mushed together yet, no BROTH in my SOUP. On top of that they did not even provide the crackers that come with the soup.
Don’t go in person during a busy time. They’ll prioritize multiple online orders—right in front of you, even if you’re waiting at the register with your sandwich. And if you say anything, they snap at you. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

People work in the cashier very rude. I was come to order to my company order almost $400 and he’s talking to me very bad. The guy in the cashier the African guy with no hair I will never ever come back again.

I found a piece of BROKEN GLASS in my sandwich when I ordered from here. I would recommend against ordering from here if you care about your health as this place lacks basic food safety standards.

First time in. Got the Mediterranean sandwhich and added avocado. A little pricey, but the sandwhich was damn good. Spicy hummus added just enough kick. The guy who made my sandwhich was very friendly (also quite handsome if I'm being honest ;) ) 10/10 will return.

The sandwich might have been "A Wreck" but the place was a nice place to dine. With its close proximity to Bryant Park, Times Square, and Herald Square this is a good place to get a sandwich, soup, and cookies.

Disgusting dirty food nasty customer service bad cashier sarcastic and wouldn't give me bathroom key
First time here, ordered online and staff was clueless where my order is, they said it takes a while for online order yet bag with my name was sitting on countertop, did not give me a cup for a drink I ordered had to ask for one, gave me a wrong size as well. This location has poor ventilation and i smell now like I work there. Food was not bad!
