GREAT PEOPLE and FOODOur whole department loves Fresh and Co on 499 7th. The food is great - good variety and fresh - and the portions better than similar places for the price. But the main reason we go to this Fresh and Co (because there is a closer one to our office - 363 7th) is because we all love Anna who prepares the food for pick up. The food truly is fresh. Delicious food, generous portions. This neighborhood is "bowl city," so you can get similar bowls at a number of places, but Fresh's quality is a notch above the other places. Aside from the food, the staff is wonderful! Super friendly and friendly to one another. You can feel the good vibes. I love, love this location.

I go to Fresh and co for a few reasons. Really good fresh food. It's walking distance from my office. Their staff is really helpful and friendly. One person who helps me quite often is Ivy.(pronounced Evee) Ivy always gives good food recommendations and is incredibly friendly. You can't say that about every place on 7th ave:) I'm happy to go there as often as I do and Ivy makes a big difference!Kid-friendliness: Just a very accommodating staff
