This was my first time at Potbelly. It was a Saturday at 5:30pm. I ordered the Mediterranean sandwich meal without any personal variations. Staff was pleasant and helpful. I brought my meal upstairs which wasn't necessary but wanted to explore the place. I enjoyed my meal while listening to what I would guess as modern folk tunes and watching the hustle and bustle of the city. Grabbed a bite before our train back home. It was very quiet and we enjoyed our mini sandwiches and sides. Mac and cheese was as expected and the chicken pot pie soup was the bomb. Spent about an hour here getting out of the cold, charging our phones, and using their bathroom.
