This was a really good Bak Chor Mee - coming from a Singaporean who has made Bak Chor Mee himself given a general lack of it in Europe. 95% technically correct (which is remarkable! Everything from fried fish to the lard), just lacking some sambal.
They were sneakily hiding their “C” food inspection grade behind napkins and acting clueless when I asked them to move the block of napkins to see the grade
The white beehoon (vermicelli noodle) will definitely cure your home sickness if you are from Singapore or Malaysia. Portion is substantial, you can taste the “wok hei” (char) and it just felt so good after.
Delicious
Hokkien Mee is good for me! It's seafood & noodles in a brown gravy laced w/ fish sauce. I found it comforting yet excitingly tasty at the same time. I think the others who wrote overly negative reviews were being very picky, & very wasteful at that!
This was hands down one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. This so-called Singaporean restaurant is absolutely not authentic, and the food was a complete disaster from start to finish. What we were served looked nothing like the photos on the menu — totally misleading.
The Singapore Char Kway Teow was bland and poorly cooked, and the pork had such a foul taste it made me question how fresh the ingredients really were. The Seafood Crispy Noodle was inedibly salty — it was so disgusting, we couldn’t take more than a bite and ended up throwing everything in the trash. That’s how bad it was.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. It’s a waste of time, money, and appetite.
I recently visited Prawnaholic with high expectations, but unfortunately, the experience left me disappointed. One of the biggest letdowns was the temperature of the food — despite it being made on the spot, everything came out lukewarm at best. It's hard to enjoy seafood, especially prawns, when it's not hot and fresh.
Additionally, I ordered oysters, and to my surprise, there were only three on the plate. For a place that prides itself on seafood, I expected a little more generosity, especially considering the price.
The lack of attention to detail in temperature and portion sizes made the meal underwhelming. It's a shame because Prawnaholic has the potential to be a great spot, but I left feeling let down. Hopefully, they'll take these aspects into account and improve moving forward.
I had Char Kway Teow, it was so good I finished a little too fast. It was crunchy, chewy , and perfectly seasoned.
Char kway teow has good flavor but was soggy
The tasted completely burned making it bitter and acrid. Very unsatisfying meal

Woohoo this was awesome! After wandering around all the stalls I settled on the #5, the noodle with pork ribs, and it was so good. It came with some prawn broth (I think) and a huge plate of hot noodles mixed with veggies and tofu, and two nice pork ribs. The pork ribs were topped with a creamy sauce and red roe, and were super juicy. Everything was delicious!

this fried hokkien prawn mee from this place surpassed my expectations. i was expecting a lackluster prawn mee that tasted very ordinary, but this was very fragrant and flavorful! the broth that the noodles were fried in was super tasty and full of prawn flavor. the toppings given were very generous, with lots of seafood, and i enjoyed the tasty lard (deep fried pork fat). the potion was huge too, i struggled to finish it. definitely recommend!
Wayyyy too much oil and you could taste the burnt pan

Came here to Urban Hawker for a quick dinner after working late. This was one of the few spots that looked open so I decided to give this spot a try. Having recently been to Singapore, I decided to give the Traditional Prawn & Pork Ribs Noodles ($18) a try. I've had the Prawn Noodles before and they tasted pretty similar. Prawn boiled broth base was tasty. The noodles were pretty decent as well. They give you a small cup of chili, which I recommend dumping the whole thing in and giving it a nice stir. Overall it was really good. Nothing compares to Singapore, but this fares good enough for you to miss Singapore a little bit.
