Bought two cheesecakes because of the good reviews, but they tasted like they were almost spoiled. On top of that, the staff were very rude and tried to overcharge us. Very disappointing experience.

This is where I go to get coffee whenever I'm staying at the Hilton, down the block. There french toast muffins are my favorite thing to get here but everything else I've ever had has been good as well.
It's very clean, and ran efficiently so you won't wait in line long.

It is a great place to have breakfast. We ordered our muffins and Mexician Chicken Chix Chipotle with coffee and orange juice. They were very delicious and the prices are good!

We stopped in here on our way to Cental Park. I got a crispy chicken sandwich and my daughter got the American Sub, she got a smart water and I got a Pepsi. Our bill was $38. We love trying a different deli everytime we are in the city. The staff was friendly, it was clean, and the upstairs seating was excellent.

I got off the train and was thirty. I bought a bottled water and a tart for $11. $2.50 for a bottle of water is a bit much. It’s in a touristy near right by the train station and Central Park so I guess. The staff at the register was a bit annoyed for no reason. I was browsing at their bakery section and no one else was around and he seemed like he wanted me to hurry up. People started coming a little later around 4pm on Friday. A bit overpriced, but I guess if you’re a tourist you’ll stop by here. There’s another deli not too far.

Highly recommend. Pricey (it is manhattan after all). We had the triple layer cake and Oreo cheesecake. New favorite desert place.

Really enjoyed my visit! I had a coffee, a salami sandwich, and a cheesecake — everything was served quickly and tasted great.

I have had several beverages at this place. They make mochas which is hard to get in new york. Although it's not as good as in Australia it is still good. American cafes use chocolate syrup while back home we use chocolate powder. Each time I have had coffee or English breakfast tea here I have been happy with my purchase. However I did have a rude and abrupt man serve me today. Maybe it was the 4pm rush or he was hard of hearing but his attitude was not needed. Do better! Customers keep you employed so it will do you well to remember that. I will be still be going back as I don't judge on one time incidents.
Got an Italian sub and potato salad. Both were very good. Prices were decent and the location is within walking distance to both central park and MOMA. Would recommend if you're looking for an affordable lunch that doesn't disappoint.

I came to cafe to breakfast and realized there’s an upstairs seating area. I needed a place to sit down and work so I ate the food I bought for $30 and stayed the table to work a little. The entire time I was looking around to make sure there’s seats for people that want to stay and eat. Making sure to be aware and not taking up a table for my work. At no point during the four hours, I sat there was there a shortage on tables. Additionally, I wasn’t even on my laptop. I was replying to a ton of emails on my phone. Add a time where there wasn’t even a single person other than me at a table at the upstairs seating area someone came up to me and told me I had to leave. I kindly said look I ate breakfast here. I’m just trying to get some work done. I was planning on getting some food in a sec actually to get lunch here just so I could keep working. They told me if I don’t leave they will call the cops on me. I entirely realize this is not a café to typically work out but again I emphasize not at moment was there a shortage on tables. Additionally, I spent $30 on two drinks and a pastry It was still trying to tell them “I’m about to get food can I just sit here and keep working? There’s no one here.” Didn’t really put up a fight got up and left, but I didn’t pay money and was planning to spend more.
