Food is good but expensive. And they won't give you ice water.
Good food. Good people.

Very disappointing experience. The staff member seemed visibly annoyed by simple requests. When I asked for milk with my coffee, she took the cup back abruptly instead of just handing me milk. When I asked for the Wi-Fi password, she didnât say anything and just passed me the receipt.
The worst moment was asking for saltâshe aggressively placed salt, pepper, and multiple sauces onto my tray and said, âTake it all.â It felt unnecessarily rude and hostile.
I understand cafes get busy, but basic politeness goes a long way. Unfortunately, the service here made the visit uncomfortable, and I wouldnât recommend this place based on that experience.

Food was hot, delicious, substantial. But the kind and friendly staff made it even better!
Good spot! I stopped by here on 2 separate occasions first day, We tried the pastries and coffee and next visit we tried different types of breakfast sandwiches with coffee.

Easy to locate deli serving a wide range of food from sandwiches etc and can also build your own. Quick service and a small eating area upstairs made for an easy dinner.

This is where I go to get coffee whenever I'm staying at the Hilton, down the block. Their french toast muffins are my favorite thing to get here but everything else I've ever had has been good as well.
It's very clean, and ran efficiently so you won't wait in line long.

Had an excellent breakfast burrito and my wife had a breakfast sandwich on am everything bagel. Both were hot and delicious. They also had a ton of delicious looking pastries that I wish I had room for.

First night in New York we walked past this place and I saw a picture of Howard Stern in the window. The family wanted to try a deli diner a few shops down.
Second night i suggested this place as if it is good enough for the KOAM then its good enough for me.
We went back on the third and fourth day too. The cheesecakes are amazing and the sandwiches are such good value.
Combine that with a stereotypical New York style service to complete the whole experience. I would go back to new york just to go back here.
If we had somewhere like this in England I would be there every day.
Definitely recommend going if you are in New York.

Nice spot to grab a meal or some sweet treats. I know its New York, but it can be pricey depending on what you get. It hit the spot!
