I was at this location yesterday and no bananas at 1pm. Today no bowls no apology when I told the person at the counter yesterday you had no bananas. She just said well today we have no bowls. And the machine is broken. I asked for the manager and she said she is the manager, she couldn't be more than 22 years old. Young people need to learn proper customer service, and respect. I said OK and walked out. Not good customer relations, lack of responsibility. This is a very busy location in Manhattan. Someone in corporate needs to check in on this store.

I had a nasty sore throat and was still recovering, but had to work. The wellness shot really helped and i was skeptical.

3rd time I been to this location and the store is closed at 11:25 AM, when they are supposed to be open at 8:00AM. They should updated the store times.

Would be more stars but half the time the machines don’t work so can’t get freeze - a bit frustrating

According to google the store opens at 8am, I went at 8:40am in hopes of ordering an açaí bowl. I was told by a not very friendly salesperson that the açaí wasn’t ready yet and wouldn’t be for another 20 min. I was shocked that it would be an hour after opening before an açaí bowl would be ready, this seems like something that should be ready shortly after opening. I then tried to order my açaí bowl anyway and told the salesperson I would be back in 20 minutes to pick it up. She told me if I wanted to do that I had to order it online for pickup and refused to take my order at that time. So my choices were to order it online despite physically standing in the store or to come back in 20 minutes and order it in the store then. Both seemed ridiculous and I left and got breakfast elsewhere. I do not anticipate going back, and if you want an açaí bowl, don’t plan on having one before 9am…

Friendly staff and endless options of juices. Delicious creative custom toppings for the freezes. So yummy! Wish there was a location in downtown Brooklyn though. ?

Pretty good for a quick frozen treat. They usually always have deals so I only come here when there's a deal.

I love Pressed ever since I tried their juice samples at the health fair at my work building. They are not easily available at just any store outthere, and one of the reasons I lately shop @ Eataly downtown (Ground Zero/Westfield mall location) is because they have some Pressed juices there. But today I was pleasantly surprised; an actual Pressed store in the Union Square/E 14th st area. It's more of a hole in the wall actually, but that's pretty much all you need. They got all different varieties of their fantastic juices and immunity shots. I ended up getting two juices, two shots, and kitten shaped candies (refer to my photo lol).

Literally just prebottled juice for 6-7 bucks lol

Used to be the fan of pressed juice. Especially when I feel I need a deep clean. I was shopping nearby with my sister last weekend. I got the root with ginger as the staff recommended. I took a sip after checkout and regret that getting this flavor immediately. :( It tasted weird like sour and sweet old berry mix with spicy ginger. Yuk. No more. BTW- staff is friendly and I don't mean to blame them.

I came here because it's one of the only juice places open past 8pm, but I should have just saved my money. The vibes are insanely chain restaurant-esque, and not even in an upscale way, but in like a Subway, McDonald's, Dunkin Donuts way. I thought Smoothie King had already cornered this area of the market (where fast food meets "health" food) but I guess I was wrong! It didn't help that they were also out of every topping (except for banana). And I have to wonder if they were out of base ingredients too, because whatever they made me did not taste like an acai bowl, but merely something that has the *essence* of an acai bowl, which is somehow worse if it were some other kind of smoothie bowl altogether

I love this branch of pressed, the people that work there are really nice and if you ask nicely they give extra toppings. Would definitely recommend dropping by here
