I went there for a tea and i really needed to charge my phone because it was about to die soon. I needed to check the google map what a tourist need, and i asked the staff if its any chance to charge me that. There was a guy ( cashier) who was so rude and definitely impolite. I didnt even want the coffee anymore after that attitude.

If you cant help, try to at least being good to people, its free !
Definitely never coming back

Uncomfortable shop where you shouldn't start your day with breakfast.
And why these prices? Find someone else.

The truth is that it is a quite interesting and quiet place, very good service and variety of food if you find yourself on a good day at the place. It's not expensive, but it's not cheap either. I guess because of the other opinions the prices were more affordable, but now they have gone up. For a breakfast, we spent approximately $60, which included a dragonfruit soda, a coffee, fruit, and a bread.
I recommend it if you want a fresh breakfast. 7/10

There was very little food. It was sold as if it had gluten-free products and the only thing there was was four pieces of fruit. Of course false advertising.

The food is mediocre. They toasted up my sandwich and made it so hot that it became soggy and unbereable to eat. The coffee was disgusting too. Also, do they even clean this space? The floors, the tables and the seats are all very dirty

The Baristas are some of the friendliest people I know and they always are so cheerful and kind to me and my husband.

This is not a negative review for this location but instead one specific personFor reference, I come up this pret every single day without a doubt and always get a drink with my partnerToday, I did not get a drink but my partner did (not to mention we are members) and moments after my partner leaves one of the employees seemingly a manager is dragging chairs around so carelessly and loudly that it disrupts everyone sittingWhile I didn’t know it was a worker at first I had looked up making eye contact apparently making a displeased face, so she came up to me and decided to call me out for not having a food or drink with me and that customers are waiting for my tableTo which I do get, but like I said my partner had just left and I am here EVERY SINGLE DAY. Anyways I went to order because I understand how it may lookEven though I am a member who is always paying and therefore a customer regardlessBut it was the fact that she came up to me out of spite and was intentionally rude about it is where my issue comes fromAnd that there was in fact no one waiting for my table as she’d saidThis is also not my first run in with her as once before after me and my partner had ordered she had actively mocked my order to our facesThis was a very negative experience and although I love this Pret and all of the other baristas I have here, she is the reason I feel so inclined to write this negative review

If I had an option, I would have given them 0 stars. They mess up the orders. The barista there is rude. I ordered for a Large Latte today. They make me wait for 10 mins and then get me a Capiccino. When I inform then that I ordered a Latte, she rudely says, its the same. Very very rude. Worst service ever.

?️ Food: 10/10. I really like eating Pret a Manger's natural snacks. There is a store next to Starbucks. Then I get my snack in one place and my drink in another.
- Chicken & Bacon Sandwich $11.49 very tasty
- Pret's Tuna & Cucumber Baguette $11.49 my favorite, I always like this one. This price is for the entire baguette, in the photo there is only half.
? Service: 10/10.
?️ Ambiance: 8/10. Small place with few tables, but I can always sit and eat there.
?️ Repertoire: While Le Pain has table service and a cooler atmosphere, Pret is simpler, grab and go style. But I was observing that the values are very similar. The Avocado Toast at Le Pain Quotidien is $13 and also well served while the snacks at Pret are around $11.49. Still, I think Pret is worth it, the snacks are very good.
