Union Square is my go-to location. I love the bang-bang chicken wrap! 10/10! Love their salads too. However, tea and coffee are horrible! Today, I ordered iced mocha which I’m not even going to have... It was made by an employee who kept scratching her hair/scalp and singing while preparing it. I saw her leaning over my cup and all I thought was her saliva and dandruff in my coffee. ? I should have refused my order but I felt uneasy to do that…. I’ve had bad experience in...

The bathroom tends to not be cleaned. Homeless and agitated people come in and argue with the staff some days.Some staff are phenomenal. Other members seem to not put any effort and don't realize when customers are in line.
