I am a customer, not a person of other ethnicity to employees. Why do employees treat customers differently based on their race and gender. I'm a big fan of Pret's tuna sandwich as well as their oatmeal. The staff is very friendly and the prices are reasonable. They also donate uneaten food to the needy at the end of the day. A great addition to the chains in New York city.

I like going here after work to sit and relax with my iced coffee. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the place is always clean. They also make the drinks good ?
I like pret in NYC - unfortunately every time I come to this location on 6th avenue Only one or two guys are doing their thing right- - the manager/s they always seem like they are having a bad day or something - my coffee is never right ( I like regular coffee no fancy) nice to all is priceless this is a constructive feedback - ☮️

Same coffee taste like Paris Baguette, plus they have Pret coffee subscription similar to Panera bread Unlimited Sips subscription. And coffee same price and lavish food sold here are also like Paris Baguette level of price.But still so good, only the moderate noise that I take one star away.Bottom line, this store is like a Paris Baguette with unlimited coffee subscription.

I want to give a huge shout out to Okima Punnett from Pret on 20th & 6th.Last week I was craving oatmeal and it was my first time at Pret for breakfast. I inquired if they sold oatmeal and as I was asking the cashier she was just bringing out a fresh batch from the kitchen. She said “ Yes we do, it’s right here. Hot and fresh”. As my insides began to dance I asked was it premade with toppings and she said no I had options (who doesn’t love options) She led me to where the toppings were and I asked her for her recommendation and she chose the apple, cinnamon, raisin, and granola topping. My insides were having a party at this point and I didn’t even try it yet. I thanked her for her assistance and told her she made my first breakfast experience at Pret one for the books and now Pret is my new breakfast spot when I come to work in Flatiron. As long as Okima is working and making the oatmeal I’m buying. The greatest experience I’ve had as a first time customer. Keep being amazing Okima and your services are greatly appreciated.
