The new manager in that place was very unprofessional. I have been patronizing this location for the past 3 years. I never had problem today the sandwich I bought was not ready k waited 20 minutes she knew I was waiting the other cashier was attending to another customer. She ignored me even when I wax on the line to pay for the sandwich. This left me a bad taste in my mouth. She needs customer service skills. And should not lead anyone. I have to stop going to that location which is a huge inconvenience.
Like that they labeled everything vegan and Vegetarian with the ingredients. But the staff could be a little more customer engulfed than engaging in personal conversations. Nothing's wrong with getting along with your fellow coworkers and developing a friendship but paying attention to customers goes a long way for a business' survival. Just a thought.

If you're not too hungry, you can find a healthy and tasty mini lunch here for around $10. The workers have always been super friendly too.

5 stars to O’Neil!! He’s so sweet and helpful. Also, the cream cheese swirl and cinnamon pastry is amazing.

Asked for 2 different tea bags in one cup, they said no, where every other single location had no issues taking care of their customer. What’s wrong with one green tea bag and one black tea bag in one large cup since they put in two tea bags anyway?!?!!?Service zero stars

Very nesty staff I order 1 hour before they closed and then they said we don’t have the food . I wish I can give u 0 star
They charge for bread rolls. Absolutely Disgraceful. I got a soup and a bread roll and they were very sneaky as I didn't even realize they charged me for it until I got my receipt. Bread should be FREE especially as I purchased a $8 soup. Avoid this overpriced waste of time establishment.
As with all Pret, the food was good and expensive :)

I try to have low expectations for hot chocolate -- I know it's an unusual order -- but this place managed to still not meet the bar. This was worse than Starbucks and worse than the $2 Matto Expresso, but it still cost almost $6. It's very hard for me to not gulp down hot chocolate on a cold day but I ended up not even finishing the mug. Service and the location were fine (although I didn't like the loud music they played) but the food quality is unacceptably bad for the price -- not recommended!

Perfect for a quick lunch pickup when in a rush. The soups are great. The pre made sandwiches are ok. Pastries are very good.

Very fresh food, but rather bland. Prices have hit poor value for money levels. Poor accommodation for eating on premises (they've even eliminated providing trays for the latter).

I stopped by for a snack, to this wide open very pleasant space where, from the moment I walked in, I was treated so kindly by Deja, Joel and Sarah. Pret should be proud to have such wonderful employees who go the extra yard. What is more, not only do they show sincere interest in the customer, they show deep respect for each other, which is why, I am sure, the ambience feels so calm. Please make sure these employees receive the accolades they do deserve. This Pret will surely be my stop when in this area.
