As most of you might know, Pret A Manger is a famous eatery brand known for breakfasts and brunches.We went there to grab a quick bite on our way through NYC.We got a Cheddar & Tomato Sandwich and a Spinach & Tomato Mac and Cheese.The former was extremely dry and the bread was a little too chewy. I do not suggest getting this. The mac & cheese was pretty good and should be given a try!

Went here to order breakfast for 45 of my associates. The manager Shaun helped me put an assortment of breakfast sandwiches and healthy snacks together for them. It was a last minute thing and the delivery person was a bit late but it turned out well. Pret is always looks immaculate and clean when I go inside any location and the food is always gourmet.

I've been a regular customer here for a while and noticed that staff is always kind and the food is fresh. Thank you for being friendly and helpful even so early in the morning! :)
I usually pick up a sandwich from here once a week. The greens on it weren’t looking good today so I opened the sandwich to take them off of the chicken and avo sandwich, and they only put filling on the long triangle end, the rest of the sandwich was empty. They already raised the prices, so now it’s $12 for 2 tablespoons of filling. ? come on now that’s just greedy. Will not be back.

I’m a fan of New York and I go there often (twice in the past 40 years). I’m a huge fan of food too and go and eat out all the time (3 times in the last 44 years). When I last visited the big apple (America) I found this place “pret a manger” . I saw people eating food inside so I went in. I asked the server what a manger was and she told me that it was where our good lord was born. This was very reassuring. I had a funny shaped sandwich (like a stick) filled with sliced wet flesh,green stuff and white stuff that looked and tasted like glue. It was BLOOMING MARVELLOUS!!! It was very expensive though,I paid $275 for a sandwich and a bottle of fizzy brown water that made me go all zoomey! I guess that’s the price I had to pay for this type of experience. Very nice day.

I received terrible treatment this morning from the Pret location at 3rd and 40th streets in Manhattan-from the MANAGER. After waiting 15 minutes for a cold brew with half and half and watching people who came in after me get their coffee, I told the manager that I had been waiting 15 minutes for a simple coffee drink and would have to ask for my money back if they could fulfill my drink order because I had to get to work. The manager did not apologize and told me I could have my money back. As I approached the counter to get my money back one of the Pret employees slammed my coffee down in front of me to which I replied I will never come here again. The staff of Pret said thank don't come back as I was leaving. This is disgusting customer service made worse by the fact that I am a senior citizen and a single woman who was not seen or heard. Who was abused for speaking up for herself. I will report this to Pret's Corporate offices but I doubt it will do any good. Good luck if you go there.
