I ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala Grain Bowl from this Pret location via my work’s Sharebite plan. The order was an hour delayed and the avocado, pickled red onion, yogurt, brown rice, cilantro and lime were all missing. All that arrived was the quinoa and chicken tikka masala. My bowl was only a quarter full. The chicken was quite good though (the only reason for not giving 1 star).

The food is passable (sandwiches are sometimes stale) but $19.50 for a mid-sandwich chips and a soda? $2.50 for a can of warm coke? And if Pret’s revenue is up so much how come they can’t pay their employees more (the checkout asks you to tip them so I assume they earn the $10.65 NYC tipped food service wage)?

Too expensive now - In recent years, basic items like Greek yogurt have risen above $7 and contain less yogurt and fruit than before.
I signed up for the monthly pret plan that is $40 per month for unlimited beverages and 20% of food purchases. It’s a pretty great deal as my office is a block away and drinks are $7 for a large. I’ve gotten my morning coffee thereHowever, The staff here just seems unhappy as they are not friendly nor even pleasant. Additionally, In the first three orders they have gotten them incorrect. When asked nicely about the mistake i’ve been either addressed with direct attitude or with silence when fixing the order.I wont be renewing my subscription because of this location.

Food is okay but customer service sucks. Manager fake smiles doesn’t interact with customers. She didn’t handle my food correctly. Usually when toasting a sandwich they ask if you would like it cut in half she spoke no words to me. No happy with this kind of
