I dont understand what’s wrong with this store. Every time I go there they either completely ignore my order or made a wrong drink. Terrible service

Just got back to NYU for the summer. I been gone for the past couple of months taking off from school. This was always my pret. I had to compliment the changes that took place here! It has gotten brighter cleaner and friendlier! The manager Taroon is super friendly. Food is now looking great and available for breakfast. Closing time is early but I’m sure he had reasons for that.

This is the closest Pret to me so I always come here. I just had to come and leave a review because there is a HUGE change in service lately. The new guy who took over about a month ago has the place looking great. They actually have food when I go in. Before he came around there was never food out. And customer service has been great, he always has a welcoming smile and makes the rest of the day better. Wish I had got his name, but everyone should know the new guy manager in the place.

Quality of the drinks very inconsistent. I always get a flat white. Sometimes it’s perfect, sometimes it’s only half full, like today.
Only a few seatings are available compared to other branches. It's really confusing where the ordering counter is, and the staff don't acknowledge the customers. They were too focused on organizing the mobile orders and the multideck fridges. They forgot my ice latte and didn't notice it until I went back to the counter to tell them. This location has Wifi, but no power outlets to charge your laptop.

You can always find a Pret a manger anywhere in the city. Good coffee, healthy and quick to go meals. I like their chicken avocado salad which is a big portion for me. The sandwiches here are good too.
