The staff are so rude they don’t even say hello… I came in about 9:45 am went to the register… I asked a question and was laughed at by the two employees at the front… Chris was especially arrogant and rude… I don’t have a Pret where I live but I try to visit when I’m in the city… but I won’t visit this location anymore I guess I should’ve listened to the Google reviews about this location.

Overpriced for what it is. Staff aren’t very pleasant either. The service is awkward…

Service is horrible and employees are very rude and unprofessional. Bathroom had no sign that it’s out of service and when I asked the barista girl she said “That’s why you should come and ask me first!” I don’t have to come and ask anyone if the bathroom works or not. The store needs a sign on the door and polite employees who know how to speak to customers!

Totally overpriced. The sandwiches are mainly bread. The taste is questionable .We will avoid this brand in the future as it has changed and is not worth it.You can find better food and altogether better offers.

The guy with a head bandana is so rude and impatient. He rolls his eyes to customers. I’ve been going to this location for 10 months now and I hate to see him there when I go. Everyone else is very friendly!!

Quality drastically dropped down. Sandwiches empty, place dirty. Was my favorite place to eat when on rush now the competitors are better.

I used to really love this place...not anymore. I got a falafel salad for $16!! The falafel was falling apart where I questioned whether someone took a bite out of it and the hummus was PASTE and did not resemble hummus or taste like chickpeas, let alone anything good. The rest of the salad sucked as well. I threw it out. Spend your hard earned money somewhere where they care about the food they're selling.

Quaint, clean n friendlyJust saw that my post named a different location. I did try to go to the one on 32nd Street after my wonderful meal at the New Jersey one but it was closed which saddened me to no end

Food is good but excessively over priced.Coffee is good and I think fairly priced, maybe a little high. The staff though. They do not even say hi. Very rude and look bothered to take your order or ring you up. They seem happy and friendly while talking amongst themselves but once you go up to the counter...the fun stops. I do not think they have ever returned my "hello" or "good morning" or even acknowledged my "Thank you, have a good day".

My fav go to place! I have monthly subscription and it’s the best 40$ spent ever. Staff is so pleasant and it’s always a perk to go in the morning and see happy faces.Coffee and the baked goods are always so fresh!! Starbucks could NEVER!The new summer menu is awesome! Love the guava lemonade ?

Do’s Pret a Manger mean, “pay your rent or eat”? Aside from the outrageous cost the food was really nice with good vegetarian choices.

Ordered a chai latte and it was bland. The service was horrible. No organization or manners. I saw the barista sniff a coffee order to check what she had made then proceeded to hand it to someone. I don't know about you but I don't want someone's nose in my coffee.

Reliable spot for fresh food, with low calorie but satisfying quick meals such as soups, frittatas, sandwiches, and salads. Coffee and sweets too. Convenient location to and from Penn station.
