This place is phenomenal in every aspect. The food is very authentic, flavorful, and all items are reasonably priced. I tried out their food on Oct. 3 and again on the 9th. Bites of Xian 32 西府小吃 serves authentic and delicious Xi'an-style Chinese cuisine. The menu offers a variety of options, including hand-pulled noodles and boiled/steamed dumplings with pork and shrimp filling. The portions are generous, and the flavors are packed into each bite. The atmosphere is clean and chill, with friendly service. The owner is particularly friendly. Recommended for those craving authentic Chinese flavors. Try N4 for a spicy and sour taste similar to Korean kimchi stew, with a good broth and no strong marinara flavor. N2 is like Korean Jjajangmyeon, great for children. The QiShan dry noodle with hand-ripped thick noodles and the pork crispy burger are highly recommended. The lamb cumin burger has a very strong cumin flavor. The beef noodle has a solid soup, tastes like bone broth, star anise and a slight heavy hand in a numbing spice that can make your tongue feel a tad sour. The beef is braised to perfection and melts in your mouth. The noodles are thick and good, but some prefer a tad more al dente chewy/toothsomeness. The price is reasonable and the quantity is large.
