Their online pick up order is a joke! I ordered a coffee this morning (9:10am) on their app and when I got there at 9:35am, I have been told no this order. I need to show them (4)times to 2 different ppl to confirm my order. The reason why I ordered online was because I wanted to save time, now it causes more time. I do not recommend this shop!

We ate at breakfast. The place is cleaned and staff are nice. The croissant with ham and cheese was a bit oily and too crumbly though it taste good.

Food is ok but the lady taking the orders is so rude. She was too busy explaining to another staff member how her dog is just “so amazing” that when she forgot half my order.
All this drama because she was too busy having a conversation about her dog then she had the nerve to give me attitude when it came time to pay and I advised 4 items where short on my order ?♂️

Rude, inconsistent service. The guy in front of me ordered a soup and was asked by the cashier if he wanted a topper and was provided napkins, etc. I was next (with the same cashier) and was just told to pay even though I also ordered a soup. Previously at other locations as well as this location, I've always been provided with a spoon/utensils, but he told me to grab them myself. Not to mention he provided them to the guy right in front of me. Honestly this felt intentional and I don't think I will come back to this location, as it feels unfriendly to certain people.

I went in afternoon for a drink and he forgot to make my drink so I remind him for my order! Than, he talked with me very badly and showed me attitude. Overall he made my drink worst. And also they took too long to deliver my order.
