Wonderful service pleasant interior and great views. The food was just what we needed fresh and wholesome to start a long day. The servers were friendly and welcoming. Definitely do this again.
Ordered 2 items online for pickup at this location. Received text confirmation my order would be ready in 20 min. Received another text my order should be ready. Arrived 25 min after placing the order and found my order could not be fulfilled, they did not have either food item I ordered.
They did not text me this in the 25 mins when I could have gone elsewhere. Just grabbed other food I did not want as I was hungry on a short timeline. Waste of time. Need to fix this...

Been to many Pret stores in NYC and some staffs’s attitude and communication at this store are the worst among all the Pret stores in the city and other coffee shops close by. The stars are for the food.
