Afternoon staff are the rudest employees. Especially the heavyset gentleman behind the counter! I purchase coffee and a sandwich every single morning and love the morning employees. Will never come back in the afternoon and spend anymore money when he is present!

Nice coffee, friendly staff update: Baristas are so nice. I encountered a technical issue where I ordered via the app, but I didn’t receive a confirmation email nor did the barista find my order in the system. However, my subscription does remind me that I have made an order in the last 30 minutes so that in this case, the barista made one for me. I’m so happy about their custom-oriented way of work.

The space and layout is nice. The food and drinks are good. Service, with the exception of the female manager in the morning, needs lots of improvement.
The food is fair but overpriced. There are about two or three staff who are relatively friendly, but the rest of them are rude, hostile and impatient. I tried Pret in different countries and I have to say this is the worst one.

There's a fat white guy who works here that is racist and ableist. I was looking up at the menu and he told to move back so I won't take the tips. When I looked down see what he was talking about, the tips we're in a closed slot meaning it was impossible to get into in the first place. I asked to speak to the manager but he said the manager wasn't There. He must have equated me being black and disabled to a thief which is common for ignorant education lacking white people to do. I left the store because I refuse to spend money in establishments where I am not welcomed. I really hope he loses his job and many jobs after that.
