On July 4th, a young male waiter was verbally friendly when I made my orders for 2 drinks, appetizer, and dessert, so I left an 20 % tip which is reasonable, but then after my meal and after going to the bathroom, this same waiter didn't verbally speak when he looked me in the face with no friendly reply when I said goodbye to him when I walked out. I thought that was very cold of him when I even complained him on his friendliness earlier. I even attempted a second goodbye and just got a cold stare again. I think he maybe was disappointed that I didn't give over 20% to 30% in a tip when I just ordered 2 drinks, an appetizer, and dessert. I found the food too expensive there although it tasted good. If the restaurant management wasn't to know whom my waiter was, he told me; that he was 20 years old and attending community College for an associates degree in business management. Maybe he cared more about the tip than his service.

I had some great cocktails here for my birthday hang with friends. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, especially when I only had a reservation for 8 and much to my surprise, 16 people showed up. They moved us to another table where more friends could stand around and socialize better. I appreciate it, Primo’s! Definitely will be back for the yummy drinks, friendly service, and great atmosphere! ?
Stayed here for a long weekend to see one of my best friends. went down to the bar once. the vibe was immaculate and honestly the bartender Jose was the best! So helpful knowledgeable and great @thefrederick give this man a raise he is the best!

I had a booking at this place for a private event (birthday party) -- they canceled literally 24 hours before hand after a credit card deposit was taken for absolutely no reason. It's New York, we had booked weeks in advance and communicated several times with the manager. The event manager apologized, vaguely offered to give us another space and another restaurant and then 12 hours before the event canceled that new space as well -- this was after we were told to supply our own bar tender for the private space because they didn't have one (which we did). I've come many times before for drinks but literally the level of unprofessionalism and disorganization was wildOn top of that the manager was so rude and unprofessional -- understand s*** happens, but literally no apology, and continuing to waste our time in promising another venue. Don't spend your money here these people are s*** holes
