As a huge fan of the Prince tea houses in Brooklyn, I’ve been meaning to give the Chinatown one a try. The atmosphere and decor was amazing like expected, but I was a bit disappointed by their ube soufflé and brown sugar crepe cake. The crepe cake was overpoweringly sweet with all the additional brown sugar drizzled on. The cake itself was spot on with perfect texture, but the extra sugar ruined it for me. Great spot - especially fantastic for afternoon tea. Loved their cute robot. And the tea itself was great. Scones were fantastic with great jam and cream, the mini sandwiches were adorable, and everything was delicious. I like that we didn't feel rushed, although service was fast. Just the right atmosphere.

I’ve been here 3 times, and the Ktown location another 3. Very disappointed by this location - will never return.
The food is ok. Drinks = standard NYC boba shop quality.
Service is sloppy. Staff always unenergetic, looking confused, a bit difficult to communicate with.
Biggest downside is the environment - WiFi never worked, and NO power outlets whatsoever, meaning it’s very work/study-unfriendly. The only power outlets at the front of the shop...
