The service is attentive and friendly, making guests feel comfortable. Recently, Principe has become easier to book, and the top floor provides a bright, spacious atmosphere. The restaurant spans two floors, creating a nice environment for diners. The raw bar with oysters, prawns, scallops, and crab is popular, especially during happy hour from Monday to Saturday, 4-6 or 6:30 PM, offering $1 oysters and $3 prawns, scallops, and crab. Cocktails and glasses of wine, like Prosecco, are also highly recommended. The pasta dishes, including caviar pasta and rock shrimp pasta, are perfectly cooked and highly praised.
